1.1- Produce an organised plan of work for a music video
I am planning and creating a music video for a song of our choosing with a team of peers. My role was the director & cameraman and Karim, Layton and Dane's roles were the performers. Our plan was to go to each location and do 3 full recordings so that when it came to post-production/editing we had enough footage. We also planned to go to other locations to shoot a quick cinematic.

Task 2.1 - Show the development of ideas with reference to the work of others
I am being asked to create a music video for an existing song. My target audience is people who are interested in the genres that my music video is in (Rap & Drill). I am working with 2 other people (Layton & Karim), however there will be more people in the music video as extras. We have decided on a song that all of us are familiar with and because the style of the music video is more possible to create than a song in a different genre. We have looked at other artists in the rap genre like 'A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie' and 'lil Skies'. The artists that we looked into in the 'drill' genre was 'JME' and 'Skepta'. Skepta and JME's work influences our work since they are the two the created the song that we are going to use. The performers style and image is a typical 'roadman' from London that wears black or grey tracksuits. In my music video, we will be keeping this style since other styles wouldn't work with the genre of the song. The actual music video will pretty much be to main performers in front of the camera with the extra performers in the background. The locations that we are going going to filming in are dark places with a lot of graffiti.
